Please read this text in its ENTIRETY - if you skim over it, you might miss some pretty pertinent info regarding the most recent modifications we’ve made to salon operations and how they’ll affect your upcoming visit. Please plan to come with your hair pre-washed and dried. It doesn’t have to be pretty (that’s our job), just clean! This applies for ALL services.
We’re trying to keep the headcount low so please show up solo for your services. Wherever it is not possible to be 6 feet apart, we have installed protective shields. We also have UV-C Air purifiers with HEPA air filters through out our salon and are following enhanced sanitization measures.
We know you’ve probably been looking forward to your “cafecito”, but unfortunately we are not able to offer beverages at this time. So come hydrated or feel free to bring a beverage with you!
We kindly ask that you wait in your car (with your AC running) until you receive a text or call once our chair is open and sanitized. This will help avoid crowding and allow your stylist time for sanitizing all surfaces at his/her station.
Every team member and guest is required to have his/her temperature taken with our contactless thermometer upon entering the studio. We also require clean hands so we’ll have hand sanitizer at the front desk or you may wash your hands in the restroom.
All staff and guests are required to wear masks that attach behind the ears. So if you have one, bring one, but preferably not a cute one you special-ordered! We will do our best to apply your hair color without getting it on your mask, however, a disposable mask is your safest bet. If you do not have a mask, we will have some available for purchase. If you plan to purchase one, they’re $3.
As a courtesy to our guests and stylists, appointments must be canceled 48 hours in advance or you will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled appointment. All appointments of an hour or more duration require a credit card to reserve.
We can’t tell you how much we appreciate your support and how excited we are to have you in our chairs again. Providing you with excellent service and a positive experience is our top priority. This situation has certainly brought on challenges, but we are determined to rise to the occasion with optimism and professionalism. As these circumstances are ever changing, we’ll need to reevaluate and adapt accordingly, so we ask for your continued patience and understanding as we navigate these uncharted waters.
